Now that my UbuntuBox has been in place for 10 months, I thought it would be a good time for an update:
From it’s placement, I have distributed 330 CDs, and the box is on track for a 360 CD year.
UbuntuBoxes are a great way to spread Ubuntu to those who would otherwise not know that [...]

It has officially been 6 months since I had first placed the UbuntuBox at the Snellville Borders.
Since the box’s placement, 153 CDs have been distributed!

102 — That’s the number of CDs that have been distributed thanks to the Ubuntu box and the Snellville Borders. Certainly this is not the end of the CDs, but merely the beginning.

I went to refill the Ubuntu box today, and have made the final count of CDs taken since it’s placement.
90 Cd’s, in a total of 15 weeks.
Not bad, and I am getting very close to 100 Cd’s… I can’t wait!

I went back to the Borders today to refill the Ubuntu box, to find that 5 have been taken. After a little quick math, found that 45 Ubuntu CDs have been distributed since I first put the box in place.
45.
/me happy. (that was an IRC joke… if you didn’t get it, don’t worry, it’s a [...]

Well, I finally took the few seconds it took to calculate how many CDs I would need for an entire year if the Ubuntu box in the Snellville Borders kept its current pace.
The total is 360 CDs per year.
Unfortunately, Ship-It doesn’t seem too interested in sending me more CDs, so it looks like I will [...]

My Ubuntu Box at the Snellville Borders has been in place for a month now. How has it doing?
Quite well, I must say. As of last Sunday, 30 CDs have been distributed since its placement. That number may sound small, but I can assure you, that is another 30 people with Ubuntu, [...]
