The Georgia LoCo team now has 29 members - and one of our members, Nick Ali (BoredandBlogging) became an official member this week (Congrats!). The Georgia LoCo team has some amazing projects in the works. First is the Ubuntu Box project. These boxes are CD stands (although the design is entirely up to the distributor) that will be placed at different stores throughout Georgia. We have amassed a stockpile of CDs for distribution, so our project is supposed to start sometime soon. We will also be burning CDs to give to different organizations in Georgia. Great stuff. We should also be going up for LoCo approval sometime soon, after we release our first box into the wild.
